Mikrodots, Inc. enjoyed a successful day as an exhibitor at NEAHMA's 23rd Annual Conference & Trade Show.

Mike Doherty and Tim Waldron of Mikrodots had a great time chatting with visitors, exhibitors and presenters, discussing IT issues and solutions.  We got to see many old friends and met several new ones.

For Mikrodots, the hot topic of the day was the diffficulty Property Management Companies and Resident Service Coordinators experience with their computer systems in the Computer Learning Centers (CLCs).  It seems so many struggle with the same computer issues in their CLCs. 

There was quite a buzz around our booth when Mikrodots announced we have a great solution for CLCs.

Mikrodots reaches fifteen-year milestone as technology partner for Gibson & Behman P.C.

Mikrodots, Inc. began supporting Gibson & Behman in 1995.  Back then their network consisted of a PC server with Novell Netware 3.11 and a few pre-Pentium workstations.  Over the years, Gibson & Behman grew from a single office in Burlington to multiple offices up and down the East Coast.

Today, Gibson & Behman operates a first-rate network with all of their offices connected through secure Virtual Private Networks.  They share data over the VPN, host their own email and centrally manage their remote offices all from their corporate office in Burlington.  Their network is stable, reliable and secure.

Mikrodots completes “Forklift” upgrade at Drs. Thiel, Rubin, Wang, Inc. with zero downtime.

Drs. Thiel, Rubin, Wang, Inc. is a three-doctor dental practice with locations in Wellesley and Brookline, that has been established for over thirty years.  Recently they found themselves in the unenviable position where the latest software upgrade made their entire network obsolete.  With The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) coming into effect, they needed to update their systems.

Mikrodots, Inc. launches new website!

Mikrodots, Inc. is proud to announce the launch of our new website at www.mikrodots.com. The goal of the new website is to make it easier for our existing clients to submit and manage support requests, and provide more information about our services for prospective clients.

Our current clients who can access our ticket client portal can now use their email and password to log into the site to make filling out forms easier, access special content, and gain access to our ticketing system.
